I trained as a software professional and spent a decade in Chandigarh learning systems, project delivery and the discipline of reliable service. These years taught me how to design processes that work reliably — a skill that later proved vital when people’s travel plans and sacred journeys depended on practical systems and timely responses.
In 2015, a family experience shifted my path. My brother returned from Umrah with stories that stayed with me: pilgrims left confused, promises unmet, and people who needed steady hands. He quietly helped where he could. Watching him taught me that small acts of care can become a lasting service. In 2018, Al Sada Travels began from that simple promise.

We did not build this company to sell packages. We built it because people needed reliable help. The first clients were served informally; the next year we kept the same promise, and the year after that the reputation spread. The work remains personal: every message, every phone call, every dua matters.
