Initial Phase:
1. Appointment: First you need to call at +91 941 901 7863 to book the Appointment slot.
2. You need to personally visit office of Al Sada Travels which is located in Barzulla Baghat Chowk Srinagar, Kashmir (Aside Sharp Sight Eye Hospital).
3. You need to carry passport, and two passport size photographs having white background, Pan card, Account Number.
4. A confirmation amount needs to be transferred to secure the booking.

Final Phase – Pre-Departure Checklist

Before your departure, please ensure the following requirements are fully met:
1. Required Documents: Carry hard copies of your Passport, Visa, Travel Insurance, COVID-19 Certificate(if needed), Vaccination Certificate and other required documents.
2. For Female Travelers: All female pilgrims must be accompanied by their Mahram.
3. Payment Status: Ensure no outstanding dues remain.

Passport: Your passport must have a validity of at least six months from the date of departure.
Recent Photographs: Submit passport-sized photographs with a white background.
PAN Card: A copy of your PAN card is required.

Important Notes:

For women: A Mahram (male guardian) is mandatory to apply for Umrah or Hajj. The Mahram can be the applicant's father, brother, husband, or son.
For men: No guardian requirement applies.
Visa Availability: Approval is subject to the discretion of Saudi authorities.

Tentative Itinerary for the Hajj 2026

Starting From: Srinagar to Delhi, then Delhi to Jeddah
Departure Dates: 29th/30th May 2026 (Dates subject to crescent moon sighting)
Hajj Start: 4th/5th June 2026

Day 1: Departure From Srinagar to Delhi

The group will depart from Srinagar Airport to Delhi and then proceed to Jeddah. Upon arrival, luxurious AC buses will transport the group to the Hotel. After check-in, pilgrims will freshen up, perform ablution (Wudu), and proceed for Umrah under the guidance of a tour leader.

29th/30th May to 4th June 2026

Relax at the hotel and visit the Haram Sharif for five times prayer and other worships.

Schedule

Day 1: 4th June (8th Zil Hajj)

Travel to Mina Camp to begin the Hajj rituals.

Day 2: 5th June (9th Zil Hajj)

After Fajr prayer, depart for Arafat to spend the day worshipping.
After Maghrib prayer, proceed to Muzdalifah for overnight prayer and rest.

Day 3: 6th June (10th Zil Hajj)

Return to Mina early morning.
Perform the essential Hajj rites, including:
- Qurbani (sacrificial offering)
- Jamarat (stoning of the pillars)
- First Ramee

Day 4: 7th June (11th Zil Hajj)

Stay in Mina to perform the second Ramee (stoning of the pillars), followed by Tawaf-e-ziyarat in Makkah.

Day 5: 8th June (12th Zil Hajj)

Perform the third Ramee in Mina. After Asr prayer, return to Hotel for rest.

8th June to 12th June

Stay in Hotel and perform five times prayer in Haram

12th June: Journey to Medina

Pack your belongings and prepare for the journey to Medina.

12th June to 19th June: Stay in Medina

Spend time at the hotel, visit the Masjid-e-Nabawi for prayer, and perform acts of worship. Embark on a guided Ziyarat tour to visit the sacred shrines in Medina. Visit Roza Rasool sallallahu alaihi wasallam every day after prayer.

Appointment For Riaz-ul-Jannah

Every Pilgrim needs to have smart phone and Nusik app installed for Appointment. The group leader will manage it and you need to follow.

20th June: Return to Makkah

Travel back to Makkah and settle in at the hotel.

20th to 28th June: Stay in Makkah

Relax at the hotel, visit the Holy Haram, and seize the opportunity to perform Umrah once again. Join the guided tour of Makkah's significant sacred shrines.

28th/29th June: Return Journey

Depart from Makkah to Jeddah and begin the return journey to Delhi and then Delhi to Srinagar Kashmir.

Note: The schedule is subject to changes based on group requirements or company arrangements.

Cancellation of Booking

Once your booking is confirmed, cancellations are generally not allowed because we immediately proceed with arrangements like booking air tickets, and other essential preparations.

However, cancellations may be permitted under specific circumstances, such as in the unfortunate event of the aspirant's demise before the visa is issued by Saudi government. In such cases:

The booking amount will be refunded to the nominee designated by the pilgrim.
Documentation and proof of nominee details will be required to process the refund.

We strongly advise aspirants to carefully consider their travel plans before making a booking.

5 Days Package

Yes, it is possible to perform Hajj in 5 days, which saves time for those with tight schedules.
Price: The cost is nearly the same as the 35-day Hajj package because we pay for accommodation, food, and transportation for the full 35 days.

10 Days Package

This package allows you to perform Hajj with us for 5 days, while the remaining 5 days can also be arranged with our group.
If you wish to spend the remaining 5 days in Medina, you will need to arrange your own transportation, accommodation, and food.
If you follow our schedule, the remaining days in Medina will be with the group at no additional cost.
Price: Similar to the 35-day package because we book for the full 35 days. Some costs, like laundry services, may not apply for the days you are not with us.

20 Days Package

This package is ideal for those who wish to perform Hajj and spend some days in Medina, visiting sacred sites (ziyarats).
We recommend the full 35-day package to maximize the benefits included in the cost.

Customized Days and Family Package

We cannot offer packages shorter than 5 days, as the obligatory Hajj rites require a minimum of 5 days, excluding travel time.
Custom packages range from 5 days to 35 days, allowing pilgrims to choose based on their needs and time limitations.
Family custom packages in which you are free to take any number of sharing not more than 5.

Terms and Conditions

Guidelines for Hajj Pilgrims

All pilgrims must agree to and accept the following terms and conditions before proceeding with the booking for Hajj.

For the purpose of this document: Al Sada Travels will be referred to as "We", and the Pilgrims will be referred to as "You".

You are responsible for ensuring your passport meets the requirements of Srinagar, Delhi, or Jeddah embassies. Issues such as name corrections, mismatches, or biometric errors are your responsibility.
You are accountable for documents received during the orientation program in Srinagar, such as your passport, air ticket, visa, and insurance. We are not liable for any loss or mismanagement.
Ensure you arrive at Srinagar airport at least three hours before departure. Delays are solely your responsibility.
Female pilgrims must wear the company-provided hijab for identification throughout the journey, including during Hajj in Makkah and Medina.
Wear the ID cards provided by us and the hotel. If lost, you are responsible for any resulting issues.
Currency exchange (Indian Rupees to Riyals) in Srinagar or Saudi Arabia is your responsibility.
Excess baggage charges beyond airline limits must be paid by you.
Luggage and Zamzam water delays caused by airlines are beyond our control. Approach the airlines for resolution; we will assist as needed.
Additional facilities not covered in the package will incur extra charges, as explained during the orientation program.
Transport from Muzdalifah to Mina is excluded from the package.
Facilities in Mina and Arafat, such as tents and beds, are provided by the Saudi Government and are subject to changes.
Room sharing is as discussed (4-5 people per room), and we require your consent.
Riaz-ul-Jannah appointments are not guaranteed but can be facilitated through the Nusuk app installed on your smartphone by our team.
Hotel distances may vary due to unforeseen issues like dishonesty by operators or government regulations.
Dates mentioned are tentative and may change. You will be informed promptly of any updates.
Do not carry prohibited items as per Indian, airline, or Saudi regulations. Responsibility lies with you for any violations.
Issues arising in Jeddah embassy due to non-compliance with their rules are your responsibility.
Laundry services are unavailable in Mina, Muzdalifah, and Arafat.
Wheelchairs can be arranged at your expense, but you must operate them yourself.
Failure to follow the group leader's instructions will result in accountability for any issues faced.
Refrain from touching the Kaaba due to crowd risks. We do not encourage this for your safety.
Notify the group leader before visiting Ziyarats or performing Umrah.
Legal claims or disputes regarding the company's tours are subject to Indian laws and Kashmir courts' jurisdiction.
