Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Al Sada Travels. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with any payments or submitting documents. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all the terms outlined below:
1. Passport and Visa Responsibility
- It is the sole responsibility of the pilgrim to ensure that their passport is valid and free from any issues.
- Al Sada Travels will not be liable for any passport-related rejection or delays by the Saudi Embassy or any other authority.
- No refund will be provided if the passport is rejected, as all payments made by Al Sada Travels to airlines, hotels, and other services are non-refundable.
2. Flight Cancellations and Delays
- In case of flight cancellations or delays due to bad weather, technical issues, or any other reason, new travel dates will be announced. These changes may affect the duration of stay in Makkah and Madinah.
- Pilgrims are responsible for arranging their own accommodation, meals, and transportation during this period at their own expense. Al Sada Travels will assist wherever possible but holds no financial responsibility.
3. Luggage and Belongings
- Al Sada Travels is not responsible for the loss, delay, or damage of luggage by the airlines. Pilgrims must follow up directly with the airlines in such cases.
- Pilgrims are solely responsible for the safety and security of their belongings, including passports and valuables, during the journey.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- In case of cancellation by the pilgrim for any reason, the package is fully non-refundable.
- If the pilgrim passes away before obtaining a visa, the refund (if applicable) will be processed as per the situation and transferred to the nominee mentioned in the submitted documentation.
- If the pilgrim passes away after commencing the pilgrimage abroad, Al Sada Travels will assist in arranging burial in accordance with the laws of the country. Personal belongings will be handed over to the designated nominee.
5. Changes in Umrah Terms by Authorities
- Any changes imposed by the Saudi government or Government of India (GOI) regarding Umrah terms and conditions must be adhered to by all pilgrims.
- Pilgrims are responsible for complying with such regulations, and Al Sada Travels will not be liable for any consequences resulting from non-compliance.
6. Accommodation and Meals
- Hotel room allocations are based on the policies of the respective hotels, and specific preferences for room sharing may not be accommodated.
- Room service is not included in the package.
- Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) will be provided as per the schedule set by the hotel. Special meal requests (e.g., for diabetics or children) must be arranged by the pilgrims themselves.
7. Additional Costs
- Any increase in travel days will incur additional charges on a per-day basis, which must be paid by the pilgrim.
- Extra baggage fees, if applicable, must be paid by the pilgrim.
8. Special Assistance
- Pilgrims requiring wheelchairs or special assistance must arrange these on their own.
9. Non-Refundable Fees
- Visa fees and MOFA fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- No refunds will be provided for unused services or shorter durations of stay.
10. Personal Expenses
- The Umrah package does not cover any personal expenses incurred during travel.
11. Agreement Acknowledgment
- By reading and agreeing to this document, you confirm that you fully understand the package details, including inclusions and exclusions.
- Pilgrims must ensure they read and understand the Umrah agreement before making any payments or submitting documents.
12. Legal and Financial Responsibility
- Pilgrims pledge to take full responsibility for any financial expenses arising from their actions, including violations of rules set by the Saudi authorities or Al Sada Travels.
- Pilgrims agree not to hold Al Sada Travels liable for any unforeseen issues or circumstances during the pilgrimage.
