We shall start our journey by leaving our home city and heading to the airport. After a flight, we shall arrive in Jeddah on the same day. Once we reach Jeddah, we shall rest for the night to prepare for the next day.
This day shall be dedicated to preparing for the Hajj rituals. We shall make sure everything is ready, both spiritually and physically, for the Hajj rites we shall perform in the following days.
During these five days, we shall perform the Hajj rituals. Each day shall bring us closer to a deep connection with our faith. We shall perform the sacred rites, such as Tawaf, Sa’ii, and standing at Arafat, visiting Mina, Muzdaliffah and pray for peace and blessings.
On the 6th day, we shall travel to Mina, a small town just outside of Makah. This is the first step in our Hajj journey. Once we arrive, we shall stay in tents and prepare ourselves spiritually for the coming rituals. After settling in, we shall spend the day praying and reflecting. We shall also spend time together, focusing on the significance of this sacred journey.
The Day of Arafah, one of the most significant days of the Hajj pilgrimage, shall be spent in prayer and reflection at the plain of Arafat. This is the day when we stand in worship, seeking Allah’s mercy, forgiveness, and guidance. We shall pray for our own needs, for the welfare of others, and reflect deeply on our lives and faith. After sunset, we shall journey to Muzdalifah.
On Day 7, we shall travel to Arafat, a large open plain, where we shall spend the entire day in prayer and worship. This day is known as the Day of Arafah and is one of the most important days of Hajj. We shall stand in prayer, asking for forgiveness, reflecting on our lives, and making personal supplications. It is a day of spiritual reflection and closeness to Allah.
In the evening, after sunset, we shall leave Arafat and head to Muzdalifah.
After the Day of Arafah, we shall travel to Muzdalifah, a place between Arafat and Mina. Here, we shall spend the night under the open sky, offering prayers and reflecting. Muzdalifah is where we collect small pebbles that we shall use for the next ritual, the Stoning of the Devil (Ramy Jamarat).
On the 9th day, we shall return to Mina to perform the Stoning of the Devil, a ritual where we throw pebbles at three stone pillars that symbolize the devil. This act represents the rejection of evil and temptation. Afterward, we shall offer a sacrifice, as an act of gratitude and obedience to Allah.
In the afternoon, we shall return to Makah to perform the Tawaf al-Ifadah again, which is a symbolic act of devotion to God.
On the 10th day, we shall complete the final rituals of Hajj. Men shall shave their heads or trim their hair, symbolizing the renewal of the soul and devotion to God. Women shall trim a small portion of their hair. Afterward, we shall return to Makah for the Tawaf al-Wada, a final farewell circumambulation of the Kaaba before we leave Makah.
After finishing the Hajj rituals, we shall travel to Medina, where we shall spend the next several days. It shall be a peaceful time, where we can reflect and relax in this blessed city.
In Medina, we shall visit important sites, including the Prophet’s Mosque, and pray there. We shall take time to reflect, pray, and connect spiritually with the city’s peaceful atmosphere. These days shall be filled with special moments of prayer and visiting sacred places.
On the final day, we shall say goodbye to Medina and fly back to our home city. We shall return with full hearts, carrying the memories and blessings of our pilgrimage.
