Orientation Program before Umrah in Srinagar For All Packages

🌟 Al Sada Travels offers a comprehensive and welcoming orientation program for all aspirants.
📖 The orientation program starts with Tilawat-e-Kalamullah.
🎶 The second interval is for Naati Sharif.
📜 The third session focuses on the rules and regulations of travel, the Umrah process, and religious guidance.
🚶‍♂️ The 4th interval is about how to perform Umrah, including topics like Miqat, Talbiyah, Ihram Wearing, Tawaf, Safa Marwa, Hair cutting, etc.
📝 Document distribution and collection like air tickets, insurance, visa, trolley having 15 items along with Ihram.
🍽️ The final session includes a lunch where aspirants are seated and served a variety of dishes.

3. No refunds are issued in cases of denied immigration clearance or non-compliance with current period protocols.

4. Airline cancellation fees are governed by their specific policies; we bear no responsibility for these charges.

5. Flight modifications are subject to airline terms, and refunds for tickets purchased through us must be requested directly.

6. Services unused during the holy tour, for any reason, are not eligible for reimbursement.

Terms & Conditions to Accept Before Booking with Alsada Travels

1. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree, please refrain from continuing with the booking process.

2. We usually offer three Umrahs per package; however, this is not guaranteed and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Vaccination is mandatory. Only fully vaccinated travelers are allowed. Umrah aspirants must arrange their vaccinations independently, while we assist only Hajj aspirants with the vaccination process.

4. The permitted luggage weight may change from time to time, and Al Sada Travels are not liable for such changes.

5. Airlines may occasionally fail to deliver Zamzam water. While we will assist in its recovery, we cannot accept responsibility for such instances.

6. Carrying gold from Saudi Arabia to India is prohibited. Aspirants from Kashmir are solely responsible for any penalties incurred, and we do not hold responsibility in such cases.

7. Flights scheduled from Kashmir may be rescheduled, sometimes for several days, due to bad weather conditions. This may result in pilgrims not experiencing the promised duration of their journey.

8. Child fares are not applicable when traveling with low-cost airlines.

9. Accommodations under the budget package are shared, with 4-5 individuals assigned per room.

10. Room cleaning services are subject to hotel policies and are typically carried out every two days. If rooms remain unclean beyond this period, Umrah aspirants should contact Al Sada team for assistance.

11. Drinking water is provided exclusively in the designated dining area.

12. Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are self-served in a buffet style at fixed times. Aspirants who miss the designated timings will not be accommodated later and may lose their chance to have the meal.

13. We assist with appointments for Riyaz Ul Jannah; however, we are not responsible if an Umrah aspirant does not have a smart phone with the NUSUK app installed.

14. Visa issuance is entirely at the discretion of the Saudi embassy. Al Sada Travels is not accountable for visa delays, rejections, or errors, and visa fees are non-refundable.

15. If the reserved hotel is unavailable, alternate accommodations will be arranged. However, the new hotel’s standard and distance from Haram may vary.

16. Flight delays, cancellations, or rescheduling due to weather conditions or airline decisions are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the airline.

17. Distances to Masjid e Nabawi and Haram Sharif are measured from their outer boundaries to the hotel and may vary depending on the source of measurement.
